Rebecca and Adam live in New York City, but came back to get hitched in her hometown of Oak Park, Illinois. She requested vintage inspired bad-girl makeup, complete with winged eyeliner and a pin-up red lip. I was thrilled to be a part of such a stylish wedding! I love a bride who doesn't play by the rules. This rock and roll wedding was a complete reflection of Rebecca and Adam. Any wedding where the maid of honor is allowed to wear a leopard print wiggle dress with cherry red patent-leather pumps is all right with me.

Cute. Very cute. Can I just tell you that nobody seems to realize that Chicago is the home of deep-dish, and that it's not called Sicilian style?
ReplyDeleteEvery place I've been to outside of Chicago serves something else and calls it "Chicago-style" but it totally isn't the pizza we know. Tourists really have no idea what it is until they see it. The same goes for The Great Lakes. Nobody outside the midwest understands the concept of a lake that you can't see the other side of!
